Throne of Lies - Space Research, VCU 2025

In this project, I made my own chair! This chair subtly plays with typography and spells out the word, “LIES.” So, whoever sits in the chair is literally sitting in a throne of lies. I chose to make the chair a tie-dye, water color mix of blue and purple. It creates a rich deep, mysterious energy.

This project was a play on Exquisite Corpse. Students were paired and given either a head, body or legs. Tasked with legs, my partner and I created larger than life fried chicken legs
Lace Puffer Vest - Space Research, VCU 2025
Lace, Acrylic Stuffing, Thread, and Zipper
This project was based upon taking a piece of clothing, breaking it down and recreating it with a twist. I chose to deconstruct a white puffer star vest and remake it using lace, utilizing different colored lace to help create contrast.
